With the Kinguard 20.07 release OpenProducts also updated its certificates for its backend servers. If your device isn’t upgraded to the 20.07 release it means that it most likely wont be able to perform backups or DNS updates against OpenProducts servers. To fix this, make sure your device is updated to the 20.07 release and is restarted.
